We relocated to Arizona from out of state at the beginning of 2013. We met Marci in September 2012 and were very impressed with her knowledge of real estate in general and of the southeast valley market particularly. Marci was extremely responsive and highly professional. Marci was especially responsive to our scheduled visits from out of state. She devoted nearly a full day to showing us 10 and more homes during the 3-4 visits we made to the area from out of state to search for a home, including Thanksgiving weekend – when we found our home. Because of Marci’s submission of our offer (on Thanksgiving weekend) immediately after we saw the house, her negotiating skills, good rapport with the sellers’ realtor our offer was accepted among multiple strong bids. We are now happily settling in and very appreciative of Marci’s representation.
