I would certainly use Marci again

We contacted Marci to talk to us about listing our condo in Chandler. She came right over and gave me confidence that she would do a good job for us.
She made suggestions and we soon listed the property. She was excellent in communicating and prompt in her actions. We soon received an offer, which was much lower that we would accept. Marci worked hard to make the transaction come together going back and forth for almost a week. We are very pleased at the result. Marci was there all the way through the process and even had her husband help, who is an expert on mortgages to give us advice on a contract carryback. I would certainly use Marci again when we have the need in the area and would certainly recommend her services to anyone who is buying or selling property in the East Valley area.
