My wife and I “drug” our feet for almost 2 years going back and forth on whether we should buy a house where and when. We live in NJ and sought a broker to purchase a rental property in Chandler. We interviewed four brokers, and selected Marci. We certainly selected the best one we could’ve. She exceeded our expectations in every way. She lined up properties for our buying trip, managed the bid process, worked with the sellers’ agent, the inspectors and the title agency. Acting as our eyes on the ground, it was as if we were there the entire time (instead of back home in NJ). Marci was, by far, the best agent we have ever worked with, and we have bought a number of primary homes in our life. We’d give her 6 stars if we could.
